However, I genuinely believe this ban might have been applied mistakenly.To explain the situation:I was playing Classic Offensive with my friend when we joined one of your servers. Shortly after, I was disconnected and noticed that I had been banned. Upon checking on your website, I found that the reason was listed as a “Duplicate account”.I do not use or own any alternative accounts. However, I live with family members, and it’s possible that someone else from my household, like my sibling, may have played on the same device or IP address in the past. This may have triggered the ban system unintentionally.I fully understand the importance of preventing ban evasion and alternate accounts. I want to make it very clear that I respect your rules and would never try to bypass a ban or abuse your systems.
